The biggest issue is that the last update of the book was in Nov 2004 so there is almost 5 years that isnt covered. This should be revised asap since the book talks about this and that will happen by 2010, etc and it turned out to be fairly prophetic. May. A Customer said It's ok, but bear with her if you can.
