Brush Your Body Beautiful A Customer This book doesn't get to the heart of the matter until chapter 7, where one recipe is given for mixing oils. I would have liked more recipes. Then the actual body brushing program comes toward the end, maybe 4 pages.Everything else was mostly filler. How. "Sincere, but overpriced (and one caveat)" according to A Customer. This is an attractive book, but it only contains enough information to fill a magazine article. Within it's large print, wide margins and line spacing interspersed with drawings and duotone photos, the author's message boils down to this: Gently brush yo. Good Information but not enough for a whole book I was attracted to this book because of the graphics and typography (I'm a graphic designer). But, after slogging through the first 125 pages in which the author rhapsodizes about the wonderful benefits of body brushing (without explaining how to do it),
