My main focus is helping animals with Reiki, but this book is a wonderful resource, filled with information that helps you understand Reiki, understand the attunements, and gives you lots of information about practicing Reiki. I enjoyed the additional uses information, such as giving Reiki to your plants, trees, appliances, and lots of other things.
