Portrait of a Past Life Skeptic tells the fascinating story of Robert Snow’s transformation from skeptic to believer.. But during a hypnotic regression, he experiences a vivid awareness of being alive in three separate historical scenes. Remaining skeptical, Snow begins to investigate with the intention of disproving reincarnation. A veteran police detective, Robert Snow was devoted to evidence and hard factshe had never given any thought to reincarnation. Instead, diligent research and corroboration from multiple sources reveal solid evidence that he lived a former life as Carroll Beckwith, a nineteenth-century American artist
easy, uplifting and entertaining read Sara Ann I really couldn't put this book down. I really appreciated that Robert Snow demanded such compelling evidence for his beliefs. At times I felt a little exasperated with the guy for having such incredibly high standards, but I guess that is what makes the book itself so believable. In the end, he convinced himself (but not his wife) that he was Carroll Beckwith, and convinced me as well. It's a fast, easy, uplifting and entertaining read. I'm going to recommend it to a friend.. "An Entertaining Story of Reincarnation" according to Mike. A very pleasant read. His evidence is very convincing for reincarnation! Check him out on YouTube.a policeman who was VERY SKEPTICAL until the facts he uncovered were too much to ignorea "regular guy".. "An interesting look at one person's exploration into the concept of reincarnation" according to Reluctant Rater. The author presents fairly convincing evidence for reincarnation, but it is easy to understand why he met with such resistance to his idea. Our culture does not readily accept the concept of reincarnation.
