Because you can build a low-rider from any vehicle, it does not give exact steps for any one vehicle (which is actually a real positive) but it thoroughly covers most of the major subject areas, from the purchase of the vehicle, to welding and tool recommendations, to modifying the suspension, to installing hydraulics. Frank does focus on GM products, a favorite lowrider brand. The tips are greatcreative ways to save mo.
