A Solid Buyer's Guide for the XK8/XKR Jaguar A Customer John Blunsden, in his introduction, suggests this book is useful for prospective buyers of the Jaguar XK8 or XKR. If this was his purpose, then he has succeeded in giving a solid background on the car, so much so that I recently purchased one of these cars for myself. However, the book was published in 2000 and is somewhat dated because the new 2003 Jaguar XK8 and XKR's have evolved mechanically.
