This book covers everything you will need to know to pass the CCNA Security certification. In fact, I found taking the practice questions almost more difficult than the actual exam. Not only does this book have a wealth of information, it comes with a CD that has flash cards, and hundreds of practice questions. The book is also on PDF on the cd as well, so you can use an e Book reader. "Good resource but lacking" according to Xave. This book is pretty good. Right now I've finished 10 out of the 12 chapters and I'd say that it was money well spent. It does cover all the topics on the roadmap but the level of detail isn't all it should be for all the topics (like the IPS and Firewall chapters) although it does pretty well overall. The review questions are mostly good but I found a lot of them rather easy. The hands-on labs weren't really all that and seemed kinda simple. All you really do is follow the instructions without having to f. It covers the topics for the CCNA security exam pretty well, although there are a couple of chapters that need to be updated/expanded.
