Here you have a list of daily things to do which include such things as floss. "Wonderful series of books" according to Florida Kayaker. I am a fan the "You, the Owner's Manual" books. The progression through this book really makes sense and there are so many good things we all need to know as we age. There is a plan to help you get started and really in depth explanations on quite a few things. Great way to work on extending your own warranty.. Five Stars this made a wonderful gift!
