This is a FAQ booklet Kenneth J Smith seems like the author got tired of answering some basic questions, this is a very short booklet. As I have noticed other commenting, all of the information is available from art expert sites under how to submit information about your art work for evaluation. Vietnamese Mermaid said Short, but straight to the point!. If you are thinking about authenticating or "pre authenticating" an art piece then this book will save you money. It has invaluable advice in it that you won't find anywhere else.
