"Must read." according to Jenjele. This book is amazing! If you are new to Christianity it is a must read! If you are skeptical or even downright resentful of Christianity it is worth the read as well. Sara Miles is an exceptional writer and her story of "conversion" is remarkable. I couldn't put it down. She is not a right-wing conservative Christian by any stretch of the imagination. She understands the true message of Christ (in my humbl. A bit hard to digest! Sara is a lovely writer, I know, so perhaps the disconnection are mine, but some " pieces" of this offering were "overcooked"--the connections made over and over again--and sometimes it would have been nice to read more about the larger theology/spirituality that served as the basis for her faith development. More ingredients maybe??
