It covers a tremendous amount of information like aircraft configurations and technical designs. Unfortunately, and all so common, lots of problems given about aviation; but few solutions offered ab. "Good" according to Peter Missine. This book is a good guide with not too deep information about the airline industry. I used it as a reference for my undergrad thesis and was quite happy with the information provided as it allowed me to better understand the airline industry.
