Let me first start off with, this book had no plot. At all. It was just a year in the life of them, and their transition from a new couple to moving on in their relationship. Going from the honeymoon phase into really starting to begin their lives. Getting married, buying a house, establishing their careers. You know, normal things that occur in real life.And I enjoyed it. Even though there was no point to the story at all. I still loved it. This story continues the love and struggles that this couple faced on a daily basis. But with the loyal Tonka and precocious Violet, they had enough love to move mountains. I loved the development, depth and understanding between these two characters. I loved how they continued to grow and become stronger and more secure in their life and each other. This story was beautifully written. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!!!!. Loved! Loved getting to read more about Dax and Beck! This was a story that showed them dealing with real life problems anyone of us could have been going through. Loved the progression of their relationship as well as their trials. One thing that plagued me though was the scene with Dax's fathers ringwe never heard anymore about it. Guess I thought it was going to be something bigger
