The best I ever felt and looked was when I practiced the principle of this book. Always great to refer back to when you gradually go off course.. This book has got to get to #1 in the catagory on Amazon! This is the one book that will really work for those who are deciding to stop dieting and start eating "naturally" and being naturally thin. I love it, love it and it is the book I never got around to writing myself over the last 25 yrs. of being a naturally thin eater.
