He is right on about everything he brings up, that is needed to work this 4th steps, and all the steps Mike also describes GOD as, like a best friend, companion, a spiritual guide, that will make all this work on the steps worth while doing. Everything you need to hear about is all spelled out in simple, plain language, and with it being in a book style, and not a one on one sponsor, I can always go back and refer to what I will need to read , over and over again. I have been waiting for a book like this for YEA. th step. I particularly liked Chapter 11, Why All These People - the way it explains how, why, and the importance of reconciling ourselves to God by reconciling ourselves to others. It has also helped me practice Step 11; there are many excellent messages throughout the book I've used to meditate on and pray.
