I'm sorry to say that I was so disappointed that this book did not hit the mark for me. I really wanted to like this book, but I couldn't get into it.I feel that the MC's just didn't go together at all. The chemistry was all wrong between Novik and Adam. It was all one-sided with Novik doing all the giving and Adam doing all the taking. I really loved Novik's character. He was very likeable and sweet (gotta love a Dragon!). On the other hand, I couldn't stand Adam. He was ok in the first few pages of the book, but . Great No true mates, but the story was still good. I actually enjoyed both characters. I wish there was a little more information on noviks family background how his cousin became king of dragons etc., but it didn't ruin the story to much not knowing
