Very useful information delivered in an incredibly entertaining style. He is a gifted writer, focused on such an important subject--the urban food movement. I am going to buy 10 copies and give them out to folks for Christmas. I especially loved the stories on Vets and how urban farming has helped them manage PTSD. "From protector to provider". Seriously as I read that section . Stephen Grace has done a great service to the urban food movement by telling this Replace "Denver" and the description of its streets and neighborhoods with the name and description of the city where you live and you'll understand how this is a movement without borders. Carlos, Ash, Matthew the Soil Shaman, Kelly, Jimmy -- they exist in every city in the U.S. and they are doing work just as important as these guys are doing in Denver. Seek them out.
