Anyone who has experienced it knows how debilitating it is, and yet so many people dismiss it or tell you to just go to the doctor and get on medication. This book is very well put together. I've been through lots of different programs and doctors, and this has many practical tips, many that others fail to mention. Share this book with everyone.
