Excellent problem solving guide I. Klein A high level and very useful guide for teachers and practitioners on the field. A treasure. I should have bought it years ago.. Roger Wright said The Perfect Handbook. I am completely satisfied with this purchase, as it is sufficiently detailed to be of immediate use, but not so theoretical as to lose a reader who is new to the subject. The book covers industry practice as well as theory, and the mathematics presented are thoroughly developed. Many books of this sort offer formulas, but no background to assist in applying them to specific situations. This book provides all that and more, and I found it to be a lifesaver when I was assign. "calculation review" according to Amazon Fan. This is a very comprehensive book which covers hydrology as well as specific areas of water and wastewater treatment processes. I would recommend it for environmental engineers and technicians, consulting and otherwise, to learn how and why to do specific calculations.
