Giving up smoking - an honest approach and well worth reading. Although I am not a smoker, I bought this book because I have a number of very close friends who are heavy smokers, and have also had family members who have passed away from smoking related diseases. I wanted to try and understand what it is that makes smoking such a hard thing to give up.
