"This book gives a good background for working with essential oils" according to Rita Ackerman. This book gives a good background for working with essential oils, crystals, and vibrational healing. I think she goes a little overboard in some areas but I learned a great deal from this book.. Five Stars Inge For me a totally new approach and I have great expectations of it.. "Love this book!" according to Just Bethy. This, like all of Lembo's other books, is a must have!! I keep it with me if I go anywhere. It is the most informative you can find having all the aspects of each oil right there! She covers the physical as the metaphysical I can not recommend this book highly enough.
