Everything you wanted to know about Lancasters! This is a great book, with loads of find pictures, and an excellent coverage of the activities of the British Avro Lancaster Bomber in World War II. If you're a fan of Lancs, or want to know more about them and their development and historic usages, as well as about the people who flew them, this book hits the nail on the head and then some. It is . Not as good as hoped, but not bad To reflect the other review, this book is chock full of photos, most are good, but some are discolored. Whether that is due to the way the aged/faded originals were scanned, I am not sure, but it makes some hard to discern. The other issue I have with this book is some of the content.
