Includes the "rarity/commonality" level and some technical information. Gives value estimates. As a collector of communications equipment, I'm glad to have this in my library.. Indispensable and fascinating Mario Stutterheim Fred Osterman, who owns Universal Radio in Columbus, is an avid collector of shortwave radios, and also an active user of these radios. Because he deals in trade-ins a lot of different sets have passed through his doors, and being a hobbyist he just HAD to try them out, so he speaks from knowledge. But beyond hobbyist .
