This book has amazing pictures and information on important figures of the modern period, including Le Corbusier, Frank Lloyd Wright, Mies van der Rohe and Walter Gropius. It goes into detail about the materials and specific styles each designer used, and includes a history on the beginnings of modern design in the Bauhaus.. "A Gift" according to L. G. Kennedy. This book is not only full of beautiful photographs, but has an excellent selection of important architectural projects throughout modern history.
