Falls flat My 2nd review today of a Clinton Smith "authored" book. Now my impression of the first one makes more sense(The Romance of Flowers put out by VERANDA) . It appears that he was working on publishing 2 books at once which is why they are both lacking in content and finessed composition. While some of the photos are taken in beautiful rooms that. and Daniel Romualdez - such inspiring rooms by some of the industry's best. I've been in the interior design industry for 3 decades -- and always appreciate a book that shines a behind-the-scenes light on the vendors that help design professionals realize their aesthetic vision.So many of my friends are represented in the book - congratulations Glenn Gissler, Victoria Hagan, David Easton, and Daniel Romualdez - such . Inspirational whitesettee I enjoyed this book enormously. It was great to glimpse behind the scenes of such a celebrated upholsterer. And Don Freeman's images are practically frameable. I lent my copy to a friend who was blocked about how to upholster her sofa and in search of inspiration and it did the trick.
