Sauer Not being a shade tree mechinic, this book will get you started in at least I.D.ing parts of a vehile, maintenance, and just a solid understanding about your vehicle. Well worth the price!. Amazon Customer said Affordable guide to everyday maintenance. Obviously this is not a factory service manual, but it also costs quite a bit less. I have always preferred the Haynes manuals to the Chilton manuals. They are much more detailed with far fewer errors. Though they claim the book is based on a complete teardown, repair, and reassembly, I really wouldn't attempt anything
