Neat stories Bela Johnson I first saw this book at my acupuncturist's, who showed me a story about hawthorne berries. It's cool how the editor/author spins tales about the various herbs mentioned. It's easy to remember, that way. Though overall, there's a lot of what I'd term filler material in the book, thus I'm only rating it 3 stars.
