Knuckles This is the second textbook by Oosthuizen that I've used and it provides a good and comprehensive introduction to 1-D compressible fluid flow. Oosthuizen develops all of the fundamental equations in a straight forward manner and there are a sufficient number of worked examples that are oriented towards applications in other fields of engineering, not just aer. Compressible Fluid Flow Crystallyx I received the book very quickly from the company. The book I got was already used so it had much of the material already highlighted which was extremely helpful. My local bookstore did not have this book in stock so I'm glad I got it when I did.. alot of typos Elizabeth Stroisch Best book I have found on compressible flow. Easy to read and understand. Everything is derived. A must-have for those studying fluids. Only down side is that there are alot of typos.
