TCM worth the read jessi The book is great! Filled with really good information and written in a way that any one can understand. Linda said GREAT BOOK TO OWN. A great place to start to learn about Eastern medicine.. chinese healing secrets-revealed! This book is very informative and is written to be understood by those who are most familiar with Western medicine. Before i read this book I couldn't grasp the concepts of qi and how the medicines work , yin and yang but this book is clear and informative, very easy to understand .Other books I have read about chinese herbals were more complicated
