It's basic information, nothing was groundbreaking on boundaries or codependents.. "Awesome!" according to Kristen Keene. This book was awesome and full of information! I highly recommend it to anyone going through a hardship in their relationships.. Great short read Although this book is more topical than I would have preferred it is powerful. Great ideas to be further explored.
