It's thoroughly researched, well-illustrated, and presents an historical framework for the development of modernist textile designs in the 20th century. Each chapter features sections arranged by geography, so the reader can see how design movements occur. U. Willis said good historical pattern resource. This is a good resource for patterns and inspiration. This book has a much better edited selection of patterns and textiles than other books in the same categories..
