It was an extremely wonderful ride that ended with the brutal assault of one of the main characters in the book that added to the element of real life tragedy to this series. This last installment of the series was fully charged and yet emotional because it was the end of a great series and the story line was not cut and dry where the characters danced off into the sunset to live happily-ever-after. I was rooting for Keston and Phoenix's relationship to progress and I was quite disturbed by the circumstance in which it ended. I truly loved how. "Good" according to Amazon Customer. Mr. Grant said it himself it didn't end the way I expected it to. But that what happens in life every day. Only the good Lord knows the beginning the middle and the end. I just love Mr. Grant' s work. If I had any Criticism it will be the characters while in deep though seems to ramble on and on about the same thing over and over chapter after chapter. This after a nine book series just got to frustrating. So honestly I started to skip through these self infected tantrums. Still great job.
