While attending college, Noel was convinced by his friends to become a teacher. Through these impacts on his life, he hopes to continue having an impact on the lives of others and in the future of education.. While intending to become a physician, through circumstances, he changed his major and began studying for a career in education. Little did he realize the experiences he had growing up and in college would be utilized to help him become a successful teacher and administrator. Little did he realize the education he would receive from a small town would impact his life as well
After graduating from SBU, he immediately went to work in Cleveland, Oklahoma, where he taught high school science and coached for thirteen years before he became an administrator at the middle school in 1995. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in physical education from Southwest Baptist University in 1982 and his master of science in physical education from Oklahoma State University in 1990.
