What I really like about it is it's written by an American with knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). I've found that, often, when a book on TCM is written by Chinese, or Asian practitioners, it's hard to follow and they're not really accustomed to the way Americans eat or practice health, so you wind up not being able to "relate" to what they're talking about, or the terms they use are so esoteric, you can't follow what they're saying.But not so with Reid!
