The AHPP (the full version) is a really good guide for emerging professionals as well as practicing architects and firm owners. For someone who is just starting out it tells you all the mumbo jumbos in the world of architecture as a practice and what to ex. "Dull promotional material for the AIA" according to Sarah. This book was written in small pieces by a huge number of different authors, and the coordination and editing of the sections is not very good. There is a lot of repetitive information, and very dull writing. The book also frequently reads as an advertisement for the various professional organizations in field of architecture, especially the AIA (who published it).
