The author points out pseveral pitfalls and instructs the reader how to avoid them, illustrates the importance of a business plan and offer. only for beginners this is a WONDERFUL book for rookies to the spa world, but a waste of time and money for anyone who has ever even worked as a spa receptionist. for $50 i expected a little more substance and strategic advice (as the title hints to) as opposed to hand-holding spa 101.
