Didn't add much to my existing knowledge Hard to be subjective really as I can't be sure this book was aimed at someone like me who has 8 years riding under his belt.So I gave it three stars. It has tips I would have found helpful in my first year and a few maybe in my second year. So if this is you it's probably worth the money.
