the bad guy isn't always the bad guy Donna Sometimes, the bad guy isn't always the bad guy and when he is the bad guy, can there be circumstances beyond his control that made him the bad guy? Can any of us say that we never made a bad choice because we had no other choice? I think that we all have regrets for one reason or another and Jonah's childhood created the Jonah that we met in the earlier books only we hadn't seen the important bits and pieces that had forced him to be the man that he had become. And then he found Ben the man that made him WANT to be better made him WANT to make the right choices and hope that maybe life was giving him the chance to do just.
