The 1st one took me 1 hour to create. But once I got the hang of it, I put the 2nd one together in 20 minutes!!! It is very simple. Gives you some basic information and a few nice arrangement ideas, but nothing that really wowed me. Truly for a brand new beginner to fruit arrangements, those with experience really won't get much from it. I just think maybe it was a little more price wise than it was worth for the basic and general info it provided. I would expect to pay more in the $5-$7 range for it.. "Helpful info not found anywhere else." according to B. Hernandez. I liked this book because before now it was hard to find books pertaining to fruit bouquets. The instructions are simple to follow.
