We were very impressed by his knowledge and his caring attitude toward our son. The surgery was a success and it corrected his "overaction of th. About the Author Gunter K. Von Noorden is a professor of ophthalmology and pediatrics at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. von Noorden immigrated to the United States from Germany after graduating from medical school in 1954. .
