Almost like being there Craig I've been reading these books since the late 90's and I don't get bored. Giorgio Piola does an amazing job following the aero trends from race to race. I like how he even includes many of the reasons for developments, even if they are reverse-engineered. I couldn't give it 5 stars though because I was expecting it to have descriptions of more mechanical developments. Excellent book though, really gives an inside look at the technical developments. Damage to the back cover. The book itself is great!!! These books as a whole are a great source of reference to anyone modeling these type of race cars.. Informative! William L. Cotter Well written with very detailed illustrations. I have collected all of these from 1998 to 2011-2012. Perfect for the F1 fan!
