Lots of bondage, torture, humiliation, lesbianism, forced sex, forced prostitution, group rape -- just about everything except bestiality. But the heroine is resourceful and resilient (although not always as bright as she should be), the plot moves along reasonably believably, and the sex scenes are well-written, even if you're not into any of the abovementioned acts. It's worth the read..
